::sigh:: Good things today, because I'm actually well rested, and I have only a couple (hard) physics problems to do for homework--I did everything else during the day. So this is all very happy and good! And now Katie is watching Fruits Basket! yay!!! :D It is awesome. And Kyo rocks my socks.

But. . . I just found out that Bethpage has severe budget constraints, and is going to be hiring a lot fewer seasonals this year. And the people who were seasonals last year get preference. And they even told my brother (who was a seasonal and also worked part time and during the off-season) that he might not get a job (well, it was a form letter). So the chances of me working there are very bad, which really sucks. It would have been a fantastic job for this summer. I'm hoping that if I can't work at Bethpage, I'll be able to do some other type of work in the parks system. I really want to do office work, but it seems unlikely. :( So now I'm kind of worried about what I'll be doing this summer. I mean, if none of this works out, I'll have a job as an intern where my dad works, but that's in Manhattan, and would mean a lot longer days--I'd have to get up even earlier than for school. It would just suck. I mean, it would be office work, which I'm good at, but I'd hate the commute. So hopefully things will work out ok at Bethpage. . . :-/ Ugh. All stressed out now. And I had been so happy not to have any work and all. . . waaaah!

Anyone know where I can work? XD

::sigh:: Any road, I did a good job on my sketchbook assignment yesterday, it turned out really well. And I'll be able to play Diablo, and/or watch a movie and other fun things this afternoon, since I have so little work to do. Maybe finish my rereading of the old Robin comics ^_^ Well, not finish. That would take a while, considering I've only read, uh. . . three. lol. I just started last night! But I also shouldn't need to take a nap tonight, and hopefully will get to sleep early.

And I have Tagalongs! The peanut butter girl scout cookies. I just guzzle them. I already ate five. :D

Your mum is a librarian, right? Couldn't she find you a job there? Would it be closer?

that would be nice, but she doesn't work in our town :( I could work at our library. . . I think I tried, last year. . . but they weren't hiring. It would be more convenient, but. . . well, actually, I'm not sure why we're not trying that again. Probably cos it's easier (to get a job, if not to get there) to work with Dad.

I am always wishing I could work at mom's library, but they won't let me. suckage.

I looooove Tagalongs :D I just kind of guzzle them--I bought 5 boxes! And the price has gone up again. ::winces::
