woo! new icon! One of the other ones wasn't really working--it was extraneous. and I looooove this one. I couldn't resist. :D
today is
d3c3p7i0n's birthday, so in an hour and a half. . . what the hell? The time on this thing is so fucked up! It's definitely not 4:51!!! There. Hopefully I did that right. Anyway, at 2 we're going to Em's house. So I'll need to get dressed sometime before that.
Yesterday, we did our math take-home test! With a reasonably high amount of sucess! :D Woo!! And we showed
froggie115p and Zahra (math test group members) Castle in the Sky, which went over well despite the fact that we were all exhausted.
Then, we went to the library, where I found another Alan Rickman movie: The January Man! Which I kept forgetting to look for, silly me, cos they had it! And Ed (his character) is awesome XD Really cute and sexy and funny and sexy!! ::shivers::
I also got Almost Famous, cos I was due to watch it again. And Katie finally watched it with me! Well, most of it, she came in a bit late. Still, she'd seen parts of it before. Damn, I love that movie. I gave mom most of my movies back (so now I can go to Blockbuster. . . if I can get someone to take me. I need to ask Mike about that, he had an overdue book before. . .) but I had to keep that one just a little longer. Great movie. William is the best, I love him soooooooo much. And i love Penny! Which always suprises me, cos she's a character that normally I'd really dislike. But Kate Hudson did such a good job!! She's amazing and irresistible in that movie. And I haven't seen any of the movies she's done since, but it seems that she's started doing much lower quality parts. Ah well. I think Sapphire is my favorite Band-Aid, though. Fairuza Balk has this sort of fascinating sexiness that I really like.
I love that movie! :D
I also drove to Perin's yesterday, and to Emily's the day before. Perin's house is a particular accomplishment because it's all the way across town--plus, I was with mom, whose much more nervous than dad. I did a really good job, though (especially for me). I should schedule my road test soon. And practice more--parallel parking ;)

Re:
Date: 2004-02-19 03:49 pm (UTC)One of my earliest memories. . . and I've never been exactly sure of what happened. . . but I know that when I was 6 I asked my mom why flamingoes were pink. And then my first grade teacher asked, and I knew, and she was very impressed :D Except in my memory it's always seemed like the events were days apart, or less. . . and that seems kind of unlikely. But I'm fairly certain they did happen, just not how far apart. (that was strange, but I felt like sharing)
