have written several private entries as of late, because no one wants to hear me go on about Alan Rickman. Perin (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
froggie115p) was very patient with me today, though! Yay Perin!! :D We had a snow day, and all convened at her house. In fact, we've written a joint entry on the day, so there's really no need for me to rehash it here.
Bend It Like Beckham was just awesome, and I've wanted to see it for a long time, so I was thrilled and thoroughly enjoyed it. :D That was fun. I'm also watching Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, for obvious reasons. Reason. And I've learned that Men in Tights isn't a general spoof of the Robin Hood myth, but a more specific spoof of Prince of Thieves.
I think I'm once again becoming oppressed by who will read this.
Anyway, in the absence of any need to write about my day, all the information that I can share is that I've indulged myself and bought a bag of Atomic Fire Balls--the candy, that is. And I love them, but I particulary enjoy them when I crack them in my teeth, so between the sugar and the cracking, as well as the spicy kind of residue thing, the entire experience is very rough on my mouth, if supremely enjoyable to me.
I just wrote a hugely long private entry, and am as such too tired to write any more.
Tomorrow I do school work.

...ummmm, is it just me or does that not sound right coming from a straight guy?

Yeah, Prince of Thieves and Costner are better than I expected--his American accent is less grating than it might be, cos usually stuff like that just absolutely drives me up the wall, and I am at least able to tolerate his (although i'll put up with a lot for Alan Rickman).
But Men in Tights is much more fun :D
