Return to regularly scheduled programming should be soon. Tomorrow I have to do serious art shit, but after that I'm like. . . golden. seriously. :D

in the meantime, I have been way too swamped with work. it's crazy. which is really too bad, because I'm a little late saying this. . .

ahhh! cloudie! you are awesome!
I made today Random Day, because yesterday I got my Random Day presents, and wheee! I love them! I can't even remember everything, there was so much! :D :D :D :D Am soooo fixated with the pin-ups. I spent today telling anyone who would listen that I had "50s porn". Not perfectly accurate, but such a funny phrase! :D So, yay!!! Definitely brightened the Day with the Paper of Death. Well, essay, not paper. Ugh, though. Anyway, but it was good, cos I have presents! I loooove the Alphonse Mucha calendar! ::squeals:: There were even pictures that I had never ever seen before online--a good percentage of them--which was really cool considering how much time I've spent looking for them, so that's kind of wild. And way cool, ups my total Mucha count by 7 or 8 :D And there was one that I really loved but could never manage to find a good version of. And the books look awesome. I'm actually just toally fixated with the fact that one of them says "unproofed copy: not for sale" on it. lol. But I also can't wait til I have a chance to read them--should be next week, or this weekend. Yay! (am also reading Somerset Holmes, an old 70s graphic novel thingie that my dad loves. cool so far. very 70s. I think it was made in the 70s--it looks it). And me and Katie and mom are going to play chinese checkers soon--mom approves of the marbles. :)

and. . . and. . . (this is me getting so worked up and excited that I lose all ability to speak.) Katie said "oooh, I want some cookies" and I clutched them to my bosom and said "mine!" and then I read the letter, and it said that I had to share them (for those of you who didn't write the letter) and I was all "awww, shucks." But Katie was happy! ;) And I'll share, I really will.

OK, I think that's everything? lol! I opened the envelope (best way to get woken up, by the way--I was taking a nap and I heard my brother's voice saying "Here's a package for Laura") and I just kept taking stuff out! It was crazy! I thought I was done and it was like "Holy crap, there's still three more things in there!"

so, much, much love! And thank you for making crazy hell week actually awesome random day week. :D Also, we need to figure out telephoning stuff?

*huggles!!!*

I'm glad you enjoyed the package. Yay! I love Random Day. ^_^

Yes, the telephoning. I want to do it on the weekend, because the weekend long distance rates are less. I will call you. What time is best? And, um, since I am really really bad at this sort of thing, can you convert it to MY time (Pacific)? So, like, I know what time I should do it?

::hugs:: Yes! Random Day is indeed better than Christmas--it was such perfect timing! :D Most excellent.

OK, lemme think. Drivers ed til 11. Dinner at 6-ish. Parents may go to bed 9-10-ish.

So. . . any time between 8 (if you're up that early) and 3, and then not after around 6, because I'll probably need to consult my parents at some point. . .

I'm not sure if I'll be doing anything over the weekend--my friends have more midterms than I do, but if you could give me a rough time estimate (or even a day) that'd help.
Do you have my phone number? I think I may have given it to you a while ago. . .

just to warn you again, I tend to be a horrible phone-talker-person. . .
