Wow, i haven't lost anyone on my friends list! Either you all like me, or haven't read this entry.
I got a lot of sleep last night! O_O I was really tired, so I fell into bed almost as soon as we got home from David's (that was 12, I got to sleep around 12:30). This is early for me, btw. And then I woke up at 6, but realized I was crazy, and went back to sleep til 10:45! 10 hours of sleep! (roughly) :D This is a big deal for me. lol.
Went to Perin's (
froggie115p) house yesterday. It was fun, we watched a very cute made for TV movie thingie. And I ate lots of new foods, because it was a pot luck. . . it's complicated. But everything was very good--except I accidentally spilled it! O_O AUGH! I felt really bad. . . not to mention embarassed. ugh. fuxx0r. lol. OK, sorry. I'm laughing at the word "fuxx0r", not at the fact that I mucked up Perin's carpet.
In other news, I'm turning into Aragorn from The Very Secret Diaries.
"Still no AP scores.
Manly stubble update: nonexistent."
XD Actually, we couldn't have gotten AP scores yesterday cos it's sunday and no mail comes on Sunday. Our bets are on today--even though it came on the 19th last year! DX Only problem is, we're probably going to be at the mall at 3. Which is when the mailman comes. I thought it was 2 for a while, so at 2 I'd begin my wait for AP scores at 2! Whoops.
Katie is watching a PBS (public broadcasting station) program: the Six Wives of Henry VIII. We taped it yesterday. It was very fascinating, even if the host did piss us off. According to our European History teacher, Henry VIII had great calves (but not as good as Orlando, I bet. Even when she was a man Orlando's legs were famous!) (but Orlando did actually come after Henry VIII, because Elizabeth had a thing for him when he was about 17) and was also hung like a horse. Although apparently Anne Boleyn (sp?) (I think it was her) said that he wasn't so great in bed. ! (that exclamation point is me gasping. lol.)
::frowns:: there was something I wanted to say and I got totally sidetracked by my friends page.
I need to clean my room and generally do work. I haven't quite fallen into the usual sumemr vegetation rut, but that's largely because we've been going to David's to play Gabriel Knight 3: Blood of the Sacred, Blood of the Damned (XD) a lot. And, since I didn't get a job, I think I want to volunteer at Bethpage again on Wednesdays. I need to get paid, but oh well. I'm too picky. Oh, and there's also an oekaki that I plan to draw.
But today I'm probably going to the mall. although maybe I won't. But I think i will. I want to, even if it means waiting to get AP scores.
Right now, though, I'm hungry. I think I'm going to go and eat some of the birthday cake our grandpa made. Not as cool as our rainbow brownies, but absolutely delicious nonetheless.
Oh, and we have a new car! Well, new to us, it's actually a used car. But it's some type of red toyota. That's all I know--I haven't even seen it yet, although I'm going to do that now. Not that I could tell you much more after looking at it. I know it's a stick shift. But I don't really know much about cars. I'm just glad it's a Toyota. We had this little silvery Toyota that we'd had since before my older brother was born, and it got smashed up. :(

XD I've moved onto the old Superman Cartoons (dad says they're from 10-15 years ago) and they are too funny! I still have some George Reeves TV show episodes left, too. It's so cool, because they both have the same little introduction. I mean, word for word. Not the same images behind it. You know, the "Faster than a speeding bullet. More powerful than a locomotive. Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound!" And then, you know, strange visitor from another planet, powers beyond those of mortal men, mild-mannered reporter for the Daily Planet, and, of course, Truth, Justice, and the American Way!! XD Too funny. It's just so cute watching them together, cos you can see all the similarities and differences. The cartoons have a more sci-fi flavor, kind of. And the dialogue--wow! According to Dad, it sounds just like Superman comics from the 60s. XD It's totally cracking me up.
And I'm starting to remember it, too. Very nostalgic. :D Like, when Superman says "Great Scott!" or when Jimmy comes in on his skateboard. ::squeals:: It's awesome.
I'm enjoying these old Superman shows way too much. lol.
Still haven't seen the car, actually. I went to look and dad had gone out. . . and now he's left again before I got a chance to see it! Curses!
