root canal went beautifully :) Everyone was really nice--particularly the nurse. She did my x-rays and stuff, and we were talking for a little and she was sweet :) I liked her. And the doctor said I was a great patient (dentists have often said that about me.) Although everyone was having trouble because my mouth is so small. -_- In fact, the nurse said that I had a tiny mouth and that I shouldn't let anyone tell me I had a big mouth. lol. big mouth, no. extremely long-winded. . . yes.
Anyway, I'm thrilled to have that done. Although I need to go back in 2 weeks to get the job finished--fill up the hole and all, and until then I can't chew on that side of my mouth, so I'm still not at full eating capacity, but nonetheless. :D So very happy. (I shut my eyes and sang RENT in my head during the operation. It was fun! and he did a great job numbing me. it was all good. except for some preliminary nervousness and ouchie jabby things during X-ray, it was a fantastic experience. lol.)
I did really well on my sketchbook this week, too, which surprised me a little. ::shrug:: she does want me to ink it though. hmmm. not sure when I'll have a chance to do that, what with doing a new sketchbook for next week. (hopefully she'll give us til Wed with that one, since we have Tuesday off!)
on saturday we went to target, as I said in my previous entry ;) We didn't find Monsters Inc toys :( But I did find an eyepatch for my pirate costume!! :D w00t! See, my cousin Johnny, his girlfriend told us this joke a while ago. It went like this:"Have you heard about the new pirate movie? It's rated 'Arr!'." And then we got into this whole discussion of her saying said joke whenever she met new people and getting an eyepatch and stuff. So I'm going to be a pirate for halloween and see the new pirate movie ;)
Then we went to Perin's and played Polly Pockets!! It was soooo much fun--I love Polly Pocket (not the new ones though XP) and I've lost mine, and we mentioned them to Perin and she still had hers, so we went and played! I'd missed Polly. Then we scrambled eggs (with cheese!) which was good because this was pre-root canal and I could eat those. Then we watched bits of Thumbelina. We were looking for a song which wasn't there, so we kept fastforwarding and stuff. Then we watched a Disney Sing-A-Long and followed the directions ;) It was great. "Circle of Life" made me almost cry. That was interesting. I love singing along :) They had Circle of Life, Belle, Prince Ali, I Just Can't Wait to be King, Everybody Wants to be a Cat, and When You Wish Upon a Star. ^_^ I love Jiminy Cricket!!
Then, of course, we played Monkey Island.
Nothing interesting has been up since then, really. Did almost all of my phsyics homework. My hands are cold.
