The Open Source Women Back Each Other Up program seems like a pretty good idea. And there are sweet and adorable comments from dudes.
A friend of a friend posted about this and it seemed like something worth linking to, since I'm already hip deep in the whole thing. Well, knee-deep. But yeah. Of course we know that if we see someone having a problem, we should go over and help them. But I like the idea of it being formalized - a pledge. I'm not much for "sisterhood" but I like watching each other's backs.
Anyway, yeah. Just thought I'd add the link.
