the interesting thing of the day today is that after school we (me, Katie, and Emily) ran around taking pictures out of bathroom windows. no, really. There are three "buildings" (in quotes cos they're attached, you know) at our school that have three stories, and we ran to the girl's bathrooms in all three to take pictures out of the windows. Of course, two of them had these little tiny windows at the top of the wall, so we also have pictures of me standing on toilets XD (I raised the seat so no one would have to sit on my footprints--and I didn't fall in!!)
One of the bathrooms was in the sixth building, which has english on the bottom floor and science on the top two, and it's separated from the rest of the school by the commons and the cafeterias. The third, fourth, and fifth are all next to each other. (the first building is the main hall, the second is the music/tech wing and auditorium --my home-- and the seventh is the attendance office--home of the demons of attendance. And me and Katie think that the cafeterias are the eighth building but they aren't.) So anyway, to get to the sixth building we had to walk through the commons, and we met David there--and we dragged him to the sixth building with us to take pictures out of the bathroom XD And they'd totally cleared the sixth building out--no one was supposed to be there. But they hadn't locked the door. So while the security guard was yelling at some other kids, we snuck in behind him. Not shitting. It was like a movie. Although if he'd stopped us we'd have said our lockers were there, and we also had the valedictorian in tow. So that was hot. And the fifth building third floor was totally empty too, so in both of them we took a quick peek into the boys room XD lol. Ahhh, the craziness. Anyway, it was a riot, and in the last third of our expedition we also managed to scare David, which is a bonus. We try to add as much surrealism to David's life as possible, and annoy him. Because he likes to irritate us too. He succeeds more with Katie though. . . we had some interesting conversations after school today.

Sometimes I get the feeling that people can read my mind. lol. like, I'll be thinking how something a teacher is doing annoys me, and they'll stop! it's amazing. and really really nice, too. It doesn't always work though ;) But anyway, I said to David that sometimes I think people can read my mind, and he said, "No, I have absolutely no idea what goes on in your head." XD lol. All is according to plan. Mwahahaha.

For a sesame street moment: this entry was brought to you by the smiley face "XD".

Ok. Well. I have social studies review til 6 tomorrow, I think, so I have to do my lab now. And I have to do a whole lot of reading, too. At the very least 7 pages (which can take a while. . . ::sigh::) and I'd like to study for the AP. Oh, and I need to eat. lol. Ah dear. Well, I'll eat first while my taco is hot. Actually, it got here as I started the entry. . . 10 minutes ago. . . so I hope it's not cold already. . . :-/

So...why, precisely, were you taking photos out of all the bathroom windows?? Was there a purpose to your madness, or was it just one of those random things you come up with on a boring wednesday?

well, part of it was randomness, part of it was for fun, part of it was to be able to say we spent the afternoon taking pictures from bathroom windows. . . but the main reason was that since they were on the third story the view was nifty. So I'm hoping we'll get some cool pictures out of this. That's how we came up with the idea. . . I think Emily wanted to finish a roll of film and Katie said that the view is really cool from the third floor bathrooms in the third building. . . and it grew. lol.

Sounds fun...I hope some of the pictures come out nicely too. It's always cool to have pictures with a silly/interesting story behind them, also....

yeah, it makes it more interesting when you're showing them to people. like the one of us on silly walk day (we all posed mid-silly walk). That's a fun one ^_^

yay for random bathroom shots!

I have a picture of me inside a women's room (picture of the door, then me) that I took when I had a summer class -- half of the dorm was deserted and no one went over to those areas, so I took the opportunity to play with the self-timer on my camera. ;)

In my more unsane moments, I've gotten these really paranoid feelings that people can read my mind. So I sing "la la la la la" and try and put a wall up around my brain.

In high school, I took pictures of the stair wells. I still have this urge to do in now at my university. Yes.

lol! we have a picture of me and Katie sneaking into the boys room. . . but not actually inside. We were going to just take a picture of the inside of the boys room just for kicks, but decided not to. We really only stuck our heads in. They're so empty! Only 1 stall. . . and David says that no one ever used it, and proceeded to be really stupid and say that all women have diseases acquired from public lavatories. O.o

lol. everytime the thought crosses my mind that someone might know what's going on in there, I start thinking all these terrible things about everyone--things that I don't really think. . . and all my secrets and whatever'll pop to the top. It's really annoying.

oooh, stair wells look so cool! I like the ones that kinda wind around so you can look down them and see all the way to the bottom.
I've discovered that whenever I take pictures, I hold the camera a little crooked. I've no idea why--that's just the way it happens. I was wondering why all my pictures were on an angle (it actually looks kinda cool, especially in the hallways) and then when I was taking a picture I caught myself. lol.
