Scannish-ness
Sep. 1st, 2002 12:36 pmI decided to scan my tech drawing. I was sure I'd told you guys about it earlier, but this was all I could find:
"Uhm. Oh yeah--I got to show off my Tech Draw project!! I finished it! With 10 days left, and I had one of the most complicated ones!! :D It got a little crushed, and I'm kinda pissed cos I want to use it as a portfolio piece. I mean, it's really really complicated. And difficult. [eugh, something really really smells bad] Anyway, that was cool." (from an entry on January 5th)
lol. It's an architectural style drawing of a piece of styrofoam packing. All of the little nooks and what-not (cos it was for a radio reciever or something? I can't remember). I measured them all, did a sketch (that got extremely crowded) where I wrote down all the measurements, then converted them (it's in .5=1 scale), then drew the whole thing. >.< Now styrofoam packaging makes me nervous. XD
Anyway, I had to scan it in two pieces, so it's a little messed up. And it's smudgy, which annoys me. But anyway. . .

Top view, then 2 side views. He didn't make me do the other three XD
the rest of the class, except for 2 others, were doing really, really simple pieces of styrofoam. like, boxes, practically. lol. Ah well. I'm very proud of it.
