OMG that lame jokes series! XD XD XD And yes - the show is so dark and so grim, that really, the only thing you CAN do is laugh and make lame jokes. Which makes the fandom (at least the parts that I have seen) really sweet, I find - unlike some other fandoms, where the show is nice and funny, but the fangirls are the most rabid people ever seen. O_o
I was going to bring up Danny and Claude, haha - I love them!! Especially Danny... even though they're an incredibly cute pairing, I'm pretty glad he went to Montreal, because as a Penguins fan I'm contractually obliged to be anti-Flyers.
I love the Danny/Claude-Pairing! (And so do the North American news, apparently. XD) But I'm also apparently a very bad person, because when Claude moved out of Danny's house and Sean moved in, most of the fans' reaction was kind of "DO NOT WANT", while my first thought was: "DANNY BUILDS HIMSELF A HAREM! XD". So that's my mental picture of Danny Brière: The guy who builds himself a harem of young hockey player. v-v"
