hilarity ensues!
Apr. 25th, 2006 03:44 pmThis entry is part of my continuing efforts to be part of the latest internet craze.
Some crazy kids at Williams college have made a hilarious music video to the song "What a Feeling." It's amazing! There's dancing, there's lipsynching, there's. . . the Williams College President dancing. . . it's very funny. I assure you.
bastet88, aka Borscht, thought it was hilarious and watched it several times. And i've watched it several times, obviously. And laughed every time.
So, watch. . . and prepare to be amazed!
What a Feeling!
In other news, in my advanced age, I have discovered a total love for Bon Jovi. OK, my age isn't that advanced, but I am way behind on the Bon Jovi craze. About 20 years, actually. But. . . Jon's so pretty! Such shiny hair and shiny smile! And I really like their music, too. And their music videos--they're so cute and goofy! ::cuddles Bon Jovi::
Also, Bed of Roses, the song I'm listening to now, was used by excellent pairs skaters John Zimmerman and Kyoko Ina in an excellent routine.
But, entertaining as I find John and Kyoko, my new pairs skating love (not that they've replaced Jamie and David, because those two are just too cute) is Lloyd Eisler and Issabelle Brasseur. Their skating career peaked in the late 80s and early 90s, but they're still performing, even though Lloyd has recently turned 40. Anyway, they're crazy amazing. They're known for being really athletic, and crowd-pleasing maybe more than judge-pleasing. It's crazy, what they do. They have got the moves. He just tosses her all over. He's so strong, and she's so brave. It's awesome. She does backflips, he whips her around by the foot, she swings around his neck. . . it's crazy. They're so exciting to watch. But sadly, very little video material of them skating is available on the internet. :(
