Saturday morning (well, noon) I woke up, and the internet was down. So all weekend I had no internet access. I'll try to get caught up. I hope nothing vastly important's happened? I have webcomics to catch up on as well. Dad just fixed it. Or he called the cable people and they fixed it. . . . It's working now. lol. I'm not sure what was wrong.

We had a great physics lab today! We had to swing a rubber stopper over our heads and measure how many times it went past! Except that it's actually more difficult than that because we couldn't actually touch the string, we could only hold a glass tube that the string ran through, because the only force on the string was supposed to be some washers tied to the end. Except that the radius of the circle always had to be the same, so we had to keep it at the same level by marking off a place on the string and making sure everything lined up all right by compensating with the speed at which we spun the string. O_O It was really difficult. And I did most of the spinning. I'd try to slow it down, because I could tell it was going to fast. . . and it would hit me on the head! lol. It was very funny, for me at least, and after Miss R helped us out we got good results! Heh. We had a lot of complications though! But it turned out all right in the end.

My english teacher--I love her! she's the best! The only english teacher I've ever had that I like XD She leant me a book called "Twisted Tales from Shakespeare" by Richard Armour. It spoofs a bunch of different Shakespeare plays. Like, kinda summarizes them and pokes gentle fun at them--there's a lot of puns and commenting on people's irrational behavior. lol. Like, taking things literally that are meant figuratively and stuff like that. We finished Hamlet before break and she photocopied the Hamlet pages for us and we read them in class. She noticed that I was really, really enjoying them :D (they're kinda similar to Terry Pratchett--he even uses asterisks and stuff!) So when we were talking to her on Thursday (did I write that up? ah well) she mentioned that he did others and that she'd photocopy Macbeth for me. Today I mentioned that I was still interested in Macbeth, and she leant me the whole book! :) I look forward greatly to reading it!

ok, that's all for now. I have much catching up and other stuff to do.
