Yes, 'Pour Some Sugar On Me' is way better than 'Welcome to the Jungle'. Just one of many songs that are far better! Yes, 'Hungry Like the Wolf' was totally in the 80s countdown. :D
I would have expected London Calling also! But as far as radio play and mainstreamness or whatever, I'm not surprised that it was 'Should I Stay or Should I Go'. I only hear that and Rock the Casbah on the radio, which I guess isn't hard rocky enough? So maybe people forget London Calling exists!
I don't know why I dislike Guns n' Roses so much. Partially it's Axl's voice. Partially it's because 'Welcome to the Jungle' just sucks, and that's all I hear. I've just never liked them, and I don't have a good reason why. XD
And you totally have different tastes from your average hard rock fan. What you have is good taste, where as the majority of people that participated on this countdown have bad taste. :D
