Ugh, I've been having so much trouble at work because we're all using different terminology for the same things. It's very frustrating, in general, when people get bogged down over the word used when they understand its intended meaning. In this case, though, there seemed to be a lot of variation in intended meaning! I hadn't realized how much baggage I attached to both words.
