Manchester weather
Aug. 21st, 2006 10:30 amHey, anyone on my friends list know anything about the weather in manchester? I'd ask at the community, and I can, and they'd be really helpful, but I seem to be the only incoming student with a bajillion questions! So I'd like to at least wait and see if I have any more questions before posting there again so I can ask everything in one fell swoop. So, I'm asking here first:
Manchester, city in England, approximately same line of latitude as Liverpool. Anyone know how cold it gets in winter? Does it snow? Does it snow often? Is it icy? In other words, how much extreme winter weather gear should I be looking at here?
My research indicates it's warmer than Massachusetts, which is good, but it's been pretty vague, especially on the subject of snow.
I'm having lots of nervous packing energy. XP Very stressful. It woke me up early today. I'm quite sleepy. But still energetic, because of the nervousness. I can't find my belt.
